Andhra Pradesh Andhra Pradesh, India's fifth largest state,
is sprawled over an area of 275,068 sq. km. History has forged, and left behind

Architecture in Andhra Pradesh ranges from prehistoric cairns to Buddhist Setups;

tombs of India. Cities of Andhra Pradesh have interesting examples of European

and curios. The world famous Kuchipudi classical dance was born in the state.
Kalamkari, the art of dyeing with vegetable oils and colors, still flourishes

Buddhist Centres Adurru is located near Nagaram in Razole taluk
of East Godavari district. The village lies on the west bank of the Vainetaya,
a branch of Godavari river 9.5 km. from the sea.

Originally discovered in 1854 by H.B.Foote, these subturanean passages were explored
by the Department of archealogy and Museums, followed by team of European spalelogist
led by Mr Gebaner, Belum Caves are the second largest natural caves in Indian
Sub. continent after Meghalaya Caves.

This fort is located upon a single hill at Bhongir. More than 500 feet high and
spread over an area of 40 acres, the fort was considered practically impregnable
by invading armies.
